The foundation has been established for an indefinite period of time<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">4. The foundation is registered in the register of the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">Article 2 &#8211; Purpose <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">1. The foundation aims to gather and disseminate knowledge about the social, cultural, political and economic situation in the Middle East and North Africa and beyond, with a special focus on Yemen, in the context of contemporary international political relations and to contribute to the improvement of the living conditions of the local population and the transnational community .<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">2. The foundation tries to achieve its goal by:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">a. conduct scientific, policy and journalistic research<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">b. disseminate the results of these studies to scientists, policy makers, non-governmental organizations and the general public<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">c. organize activities that contribute to improving knowledge about the social, cultural, political and economic situation in the Middle East and North Africa<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">d. to maintain contact with (non-)governmental organizations in the region and beyond and to contribute to their activities if these are in line with the objectives of the foundation<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">e. facilitating and creating dialogue between different parties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf0\">3.
